Sys&Web, a technological company that has developed the andlogistics WMS, andlogistics, continues to expand its logistics platform diversity: this year, they traded their very own TMS andlogistics (with Google Maps for the deliveries part) and formed a trading alliance with Honeywell Scanning and Mobility and with Zebra Technologies, with which they seek to do an appropriate hardware and software integration in order to have an optimal performance in warehouses.
This alliance was defined as: 1) andlogistics specialized multi-device software such as WMS, TMS, &Perish, &Collab; 2) plus Honeywell Scanning and Mobility’s great variety of mobile devices; and 3) and Zebra Technologies (company specialized in barcode printers and RFID) printer solutions. According to Sys&Web, this alliance came into existence after conducting a thorough market research between distinguished devices (cost-benefit) used to improve warehouse operation and automation.
Once defined for companies, the goal is to everyday provide an appropriate hardware and software integration, provide a more complete service, and have long-lasting quality products. This way, it was indicated, S&W will offer a greater amount of solutions for their customers with the support of Honeywell and Zebra’s great technological performance. In regards to this, Manuel Conejo, andlogistics Associate Trading Director, stated: “Sys&Web has begun trading hardware for their customers, due to their great expertise in warehousing. With this, we will help our customers by being a comprehensive solution and we will provide our customers with greater support for their operations”.
What is more, Juan Carlos Unterköfler, Honeywell Scanning and Mobility Account Manager, pointed out they are looking for specialized associates in their market segment, mainly for companies that know software technology and have had experience with hardware, for which he said, it will always be important to have allies who know the market and exploit hardware capacities, offering comprehensive solutions.
Additionally, he assured andlogistic’s warehouse management solution is very well positioned, which is why they intend to establish a closer trading relation in order to increase their distribution channels in specialized segments. After over eight years in the market, and with over 57 operations in Mexico, Central and South America, S&W have decided to delve into market segments that are parallel to what they already handle, and they have specialized in trading their own warehouse management system.
